We offer a seasonal a la carte menu, which changes slightly to offer a lighter lunch
alternative during the day. Seasonality is not just a buzzword here at Amber, so menu changes cannot be guaranteed on certain dates - if summer is delayed, so are we!
We also offer a seasonal ‘Taste of Scotland’ food experience, to be preceded with a luxury whisky
tour, if desired. The menu, consisting of a ‘trio’ starter, a ‘trio’ main, and dessert matched with a
dram of whisky, highlights our chef’s skills, and has been a runaway success since it
launched in 2012. Thousands of visitors to Edinburgh from all over the world have enjoyed The Taste of Scotland so far.
