Since 2001 we have been working closely with our local suppliers to create dishes that bring you the best from our rivers and seas, mountains and glens, fields and pastures.

Of course, we can’t miss the haggis, which deserves a special mention all of its own!
Our special recipe comes from Campbell’s Prime Meat in Linlithgow and we use the traditional and vegetarian versions in lots of our dishes.
At lunch time you can enjoy traditional haggis or vegetarian haggis with neeps and tatties and a whisky sauce as a main course, or you can enjoy our vegetarian haggis bonbon as part of our signature Scottish Tapas. At dinner our popular “pots” offer a haggis option too. What ever your choice, this is the perfect place to discover Scottish haggis!
