Established for over 20 years in the heart of Edinburgh’s Scotch Whisky Experience, it’s no surprise that our Amber Restaurant team have been hosting tour and business groups of all sizes down to a fine art. An exceptionally convenient location, just a stone’s throw from Edinburgh castle, Amber is the perfect location to add a culinary delight as your guests enjoy the Old Town. Informal group dining is available over 2 floors, in both the main restaurant and Whisky Bonds.
Your staff were really accommodating and so ‘on it’ in terms of the group which was so refreshing. It also meant I could leave the group and relax, knowing they were in safe hands.

The food sounded like it was amazing and whilst I was thinking mainly of our international guests who hadn’t ever been to Scotland, the feedback also came from more local guests who raved about the quality, the way the food was served and of course the taste!
