I have been impressed by Amber for the atmosphere, service but most of all for the delicious food. We had a variety of dishes and they were all exquisite. The combination of ingredients very researched and refined.
We had a delicious dinner at Amber Restaurant. We had Duck breast and Chicken stuffed with haggis and it was one of the best meals we’ve had in Scotland.
Lovely restaurant with friendly & helpful staff. Great Scottish fayre to enjoy, an extensive range of whiskies and whisky flights. Great place to just pop in for coffee & cake as well as lunch & dinner.
