The Silver tour is suitable for beginners and mixed-age groups. Gold is suitable for anyone who already enjoys whisky and wants to compare regions. Taste of Scotland turns the visit into a full dining experience in our Amber Restaurant.

Gift tickets include entry to The Scotch Whisky Experience and the selected whisky tour (Silver, Gold, or Taste of Scotland). Everything described on the tour is covered in the gift ticket.

Yes. Whisky tour bookings can be rescheduled up to 48 hours before the scheduled visit time, subject to availability. If a visit is affected by a closure due to weather or unforeseen circumstances, we’ll offer an alternative date.

No, gift tickets are for tours only. If you’d like your gift to be spent on food, drams at the bar or a bottle to take home, choose an open-value gift voucher instead.

Tour participants must be 18 years or older to consume whisky on tasting tours. Visitors under 18 can join the Silver Tour only. They will be given a soft-drink alternative. We operate Challenge 25. Please bring ID.

Our Taste of Scotland Tour includes a dining experience at Amber Restaurant. Other tours don’t offer additional add-ons, but you can visit our Amber Restaurant & Whisky Bar or browse our Whisky Gift Shop on site.

Yes. You can buy multiple gift tickets and let each recipient book their own date, or call our team on 0131 220 0441 and we’ll help arrange larger group visits.

We’re unable to replace lost or stolen vouchers, so please treat your voucher like cash and keep both digital and printed copies safe.

Gift tickets and vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Tour gift tickets cover the full cost of the selected tour.

Gift tickets and vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated. The expiry date will be clearly shown on the voucher. Once expired, vouchers cannot be extended or refunded.
