We had a wonderful lunch at the Amber Restaurant. The servers were very attentive, polite and friendly. The food was delectable - we had the Scottish tapas, which was beautifully presented and our server explained what each piece was. I have to say the food was absolutely brilliant - I have dietary requirements and I sat next to two others with different ones and all of us had a very similar looking plate, all very thoughtfully prepared to ensure no one felt like they had less of a food experience. We came here for lunch for the Taste of Scotland experience. I must say the food didn't just meet our expectations but exceeded them - it was as delicious as it can get! Each course includes a number of small dishes, but all together they amount to quite a filling meal. The restaurant also offers an extensive range of wines, spirits, and cocktails to choose from, along with expert advice on best possible pairings.
