Cherry Orchard Cocktail & Chocolate
Enjoy a Cherry Orchard cocktail at our Amber Bar or mix it up at home! We think it pairs deliciously with raspberry flavoured dark chocolate!
Ingredients:
- 30ml Single grain Scotch whisky
- 15ml Campari
- 10ml Monin cherry syrup
- 3 Dashes of cherry bitters
- 50ml Cloudy apple juice
- 1 Cherry or apple slice to garnish
Recipe
Take your cocktail shaker and add the single grain Scotch whisky, Campari, Monin cherry syrup, cherry bitters and cloudy apple juice. Add ice to the shaker and shake for 30 seconds. Fill your Collins glass with cubed ice. Single strain your liquid from the shaker into the glass and garnish with your cherry or apple slice. Slàinte mhath!
