Do you have an online shop?
No, we do not have an online shop.

Do you offer Gift Vouchers?
Yes! Gift vouchers can be purchased here.

Can I sample the whisky before I buy it?
You are welcome to visit our Amber bar, where most of our whiskies are available to purchase as a 25ml dram.

Do you do returns?
Yes – if products are returned in perfect condition, alongside proof of purchase.

Can I pay in EUR/USD?
No, we do not accept any currency other than £GBP Sterling.

What are your opening hours?
Our Whisky & Gift Shop is open daily from 10am – 8pm (subject to change).

Can I take photos?
Of course!

Do you do tax free shopping?
No.

Do you offer a gift wrapping service?
We can wrap your items in branded tissue paper if requested. Gift bags are available to buy.

Can I take whisky on a plane?
Yes, however country by country restrictions apply.

Do you ship abroad?
No. We currently ship to mainland UK only.

How do you package bottles for shipping?
We package all 70cl bottles in an inflatable bottle bag and box. All other items are packaged using an eco-friendly bubble wrap alternative.

How long does delivery take?
We ship via Parcelforce on a 48hr service. This however is not guaranteed, as public holidays and weekends can affect shipping times.

Can I choose a day for delivery?
You can request a specific day delivery and we will do our best to fulfil your request. There are however no guarantees as public holidays and weekends can affect shipping times.
