What is the capacity of each tour?

We can accommodate 23-25 people on each tour. If your group is bigger than this, we can run consecutive tours, meaning that there will be at least a 10 minute interval between the end time of the tours. For details of our tours visit the tour page on this website here.

Do I have to pre-book?

Tours are available to book online, where you can see our full up to the minute daily availability.  We accept walk-up visitors if we are not fully booked.

Are you accessible?

Yes we have access to every area for wheelchairs. The entrances have automatic doors and there is a lift (elevator) to access each level of the building. We have disabled toilets. Our tour offers hearing loop technology, audio guides, BSL, ASL and International Sign. We welcome assistance dogs. See more accessibility information here Accessibility.
