Winter Warmer Whisky Tour
Join our 15:00 Gold Tour any day in December and January and enjoy our specially selected Winter Whiskies each with a seasonal story. Savour a tasty festive treat from our Amber restaurant to accompany your drams at no extra cost – our gift to you this winter.

Festive Dining in Amber Restaurant
A wonderfully festive experience awaits you at our Amber Restaurant, beautifully decorated for Christmas, with candles and festive garlands.
The best part? The menu! Treat yourself to Christmas pudding cheesecake topped with whisky custard or choose a sage-stuffed chicken roulade, complete with all the festive trimmings. We’ll also be offering our Taste of Scotland Experience, featuring a trio starter, trio main and a dessert matched with a dram – all with a festive twist.
But that’s not all! This year, we will be introducing a Christmas Special: Festive Scottish Tapas with a whisky cocktail for just £19!

Distillers' Fair
Mark your calendars for Monday 29th and Tuesday 30th December for our annual Whisky Distillers’ Fair. This year’s event promises to be something truly special, offering a unique opportunity to meet and chat directly with the experts behind some of your favourite whiskies!

Star & Cask Whisky Sour
Indulge in a Christmas themed cocktail at our Amber Whisky Bar.
Ingredients:
- 35ml sherry cask whisky
- 15ml Sherry
- 25ml Cinnamon & star anise infused sugar syrup
- 2 Dashes of orange bitters
- 25ml Lemon juice
- 25ml Egg white
- Garnished with orange peel pierced with cloves
Recipe:
Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice and shake well. Pour over fresh ice into a short glass. Garnish with orange peel pierced with cloves.
