Pekoe Tea
Pekoe Tea – Pekoe Tea create unique, hand-crafted blends at its Edinburgh tea factory which includes a Scottish tea collection, comprising a 5-set Whisky Tea Collection. These have been created to reflect the terroir and individual flavour characteristics of the five whisky producing regions of Scotland and blended with real Single Malt Whiskies.
Tongue in Peat, Peat smoked tomato juice
Based just outside Glasgow, Tongue in Peat provide us with peat smoked tomato juice. Using only the freshest, seasonal tomatoes, which are then cold infused for 16 hours over peat grown on the Scottish island of Islay, the islands environment imparts notes of tangy saltiness from the Atlantic Sea. This creates the perfect pairing, and the ideal ingredient for a bloody Mary (made with Scotch of course!).
Ashers Bakery
Ashers Bakery – Based in Nairn, Ashers whisky cakes are made using Single malt Scotch whisky from the Highlands, Islands and Speyside. 15ml of whisky is added after baking each cake, giving it a wonderful flavour when married with the fruit cake.
The Whisky Sauce Company
The Whisky Sauce Company – With production based near St. Andrews, The Whisky Sauce Company has six whisky flavoured sauces and three whisky flavoured condiments. Bringing a Scottish twist to everyday condiments with malt whisky added to every batch, our visitors love to take home a jar!
Walker's
We have worked in partnership with Walker’s since we opened our doors over 35 years ago. Joseph Walker founded the family’s Scottish highland bakery in 1898. They are commitment to their homegrown roots, deep in malt whisky country, in the Speyside region of the Scottish Highlands. Taking care of their local environment and workforce has always been a top priority for this ocnic Scottish family business.
Our customers especially enjoy these cute mini shortbread Scottie dogs!
The Scottish Bee Company
The Scottish Bee Company’s uniquely flavourful selection of honey evokes a sense of Scotland’s unspoiled wilderness, with their bee farmers being brought together in the heather-covered hills of Scotland. Their bee farmers work solely in Scotland. Provenance, purity, social responsibility and environmental sustainability is so important to The Scottish Bee Company.
