Scotland Food & Drink Excellence Awards Finalist

We’re absolutely delighted to announce that Amber Restaurant & Whisky Bar has been named a finalist in the Scotland Food & Drink Excellence Awards 2026, in the Food Tourism Business of the Year category.

This recognition is a testament to the passion, dedication and hard work of our incredible chefs and restaurant team, as well as the outstanding Scottish food and drink suppliers who help us showcase the very best of Scotland on every plate and in every glass.

2026 is already proving to be a landmark year for Amber. As we celebrate our 25th anniversary, we were honeoured to be shortlisted in the VisitScotland Thistle Awards just last week, and now to receive this recognition is truly special.
