Amber Restaurant -Taste of Scotland 25th Anniversary Menu

For one week only, a special Taste of Scotland menu is being offered in our Amber Restaurant, celebrating 25 years of Scottish food and whisky. Featuring dishes that were on the menu when we first launched ‘Amber by Night’ along with some all-time favourites. Dishes include prawn and monkfish terrine, venison with Speyside whisky and treacle sauce and to finish, bread and butter pudding with whisky marmalde ice cream served with a selected dram.
