What is included with the gift tickets?

Gift tickets include entry to The Scotch Whisky Experience and the selected whisky tour (Silver, Gold, or Taste of Scotland).

How do I redeem it?

You will receive an email with your gift ticket details. To redeem, book your tour in advance by calling our office on 0131 220 0441 or by emailing info@scotchwhiskyexperience.co.uk which is staffed Monday to Friday 09:00 to 17:00.

Does it count for tours?

Yes, gift tickets are for tours only.

Age requirements?

Tour participants must be 18 years or older to consume whisky on tasting tours. Visitors under 18 can join tours without tasting on the Silver Tour only. We operate Challenge 25. Please bring ID.

Add-ons?

While there are no add-ons available, you can visit our Amber Restaurant & Whisky Bar or Whisky & Gift Shop on site.

What is included with the gift voucher?

Gift vouchers can be used for purchases in either our Whisky & Gift Shop or our Amber Restaurant.

How do I redeem it?

Present your voucher in person to a staff member in our Whisky & Gift Shop or Amber Restaurant.

Does it count for tours?

Gift vouchers are not valid for tours – they can only be used in our Whisky & Gift Shop or Amber Restaurant. Gift tickets can be purchased to be redeemed against a tour.

Age requirements?

There is no age requirements required to purchase gift vouchers. However, visitors must be 18 years or older to purchase alcohol and products containing alcohol. We operate Challenge 25. Please bring ID.
