Booking FAQs
Do you have to book in advance?
We recommend that you book in advance via our online booking facility. You may book right up to your visit time when you use the online tour booking on this website.
If you are group of 20 or more, please call 00 44 (0)131 220 0441 during office hours to book your tour (Mon-Fri 0900-1700).
Silver & Gold tours
You cannot ‘mix and match’ Silver and Gold tours, as they run at separate times. Children are not permitted on the Gold tour.
Do you have gift vouchers?
Yes!
For our shop and Amber restaurant you can buy gift vouchers in £10 denominations on-site from our Whisky Shop.
For our Silver and Gold Tours, Platinum and Taste of Scotland, you can book gift tickets via our online ticket shop. BUY GIFT TICKETS NOW
Do you do concession rates?
Concession rates are available on our Silver and Gold Tours. They are valid for visitors aged 60 years plus and students, both with valid ID.
Concession rates are not available on the Platinum Tour or Taste of Scotland.
