The new release from the Highland distillery has been matured in American white oak ex-Bourbon barrels, before being aged further in 30-year-old Gonzalez Byass Matusalem oloroso Sherry butts. The whisky was then finished in first-fill Bourbon barrels.

Notes of Colombian coffee and marmalade on the nose, with flavours of gingerbread and honey on the palate leading to a finish of blood oranges, Bramley apples and liquorice.
