Old Fashioned
Lemon Twist
2 Shots of Scotch Whisky
1 Shot Lemon Juice
½ Shot Gomme
Glug egg white (half a measure/couple of teaspoons)
- Fill glass with cubed ice
- Prepare Lemon Twist
- Fill shaker (metal section) with ice
- Put Gomme, egg white, & lemon juice into shaker (glass section)
- Add whisky to shaker (glass section)
- Shake for 1 minute
- Strain into glass
- Squeeze lemon oil from twist over top of drink & rub round edge of glass
- Put lemon twist in glass with 2 small straws next to garnish

Mint Sprig
2 Shots Scotch Whisky
4 wedges of Fresh Lemon
4 fresh mint leaves
¾ Shot Gomme
- Fill glass with cubed ice
- Prepare Mint Sprig & mint leaves
- Fill shaker (metal section) with ice
- Put mint, lemon wedges & gomme into shaker (glass section) & muddle
- Pour in Scotch Whisky
- Shake for 1 minute
- Strain into glass
- Roll mint spring and hit on hand – then place in drink

- Muddle limes and gomme in the glass
- Add Scotch Whisky & some crushed ice & stir

3 Coffee Beans
2 Shots Scotch Whisky
1 Shot Espresso (use 2 clicks of coffee to produce 1 espresso)
½ Shot Kahlua
Trickle Gomme
- Fill glass with cubed ice & fill with water to chill
- Prepare 3 coffee beans
- Fill shaker (metal section) with ice
- Put gomme, espresso, kahlua & Scotch Whisky in shaker (glass section)
- Shake for 1 minute (vigorous shaking required to create creamy effect)
- Empty ice from martini glass
- Double strain liquid into martini glass
- Garnish with 3 floating coffee beans

½ Shot Lemon Juice

Dash of Grenadine
- Fill glass with cubed ice
- Prepare Orange Twist
- Fill shaker with ice (metal section)
- Put Orange Juice, Lemon Juice, Grenadine in shaker (glass section)
- Add Scotch Whisky, Grand Marnier & Cointreau to shaker (glass section)
- Shake for 1 minute
- Strain into glass
- Squeeze orange oil from twist over drink & rub round rim of glass
- Put orange twist into glass & place straw next to it

Orange Twist & Cocktail Cherry
2 Shots Scotch Whisky
½ Shot Dry Vermouth
½ Shot Sweet Vermouth
Splash Grand Marnier (2 teaspoons)
- Fill glass with cubed ice and top up with water
- Prepare orange twist & cocktail cherry (on stick)
- Lay out 2 short straws
- Fill cocktail shaker ¾ full with ice(glass section)
- Pour in Scotch Whisky, Dry Vermouth, Sweet Vermouth & Grand Marnier
- Stir slowly
- Empty martini glass & double strain into glass
- Squeeze oil from orange twist over cocktail & rub rim of glass
- Put orange twist in cocktail
- Place cocktail cherry on cocktail stick on side of glass
