The Scotch Whisky Experience is looking for a highly efficient, well-organised Office Administrator to work 36.25 hours a week.(Starting salary £15,000 per annum)

- Excellent communication skills.
- A friendly and approachable manner.
- Flexible and a team player.
- Excellent grasp of the English language – both written & spoken.
- Trustworthy and sensitive with confidential information.
JOB ELEMENTS
- To deal with all tour bookings & enquiries.
- To deal with onsite Whisky tasting bookings & enquiries.
- To deal with all general office administration.
- To deal with basic recruitment administration.
- To answer incoming telephone calls & general enquiries & redirect calls to the relevant person.
- To direct all general email enquiries to the most appropriate individual.
- To assist Managers, when required, with basic administration.
